Because of China's iron fisted control of Tibet, because China uses oppression and torture to keep Tibet from being free they are unable to participate in the Olympics because the IOC are a bunch of assholes supporting a repressive regime...so, they are going to have their own Olympics that will be far more respected around the world than Beijing's Olympics of Shame. Skip China and visit the Tibetan Olympics to be held in India instead!
